Breathtaking Excellent! Without a doubt, one of the highlights of our trip to Tulum. Alfonzo was so easy to work with and very accommodating! For example, an 8:30a pickup time was too early for our group so we were able to do a later tour without any issues! Our host Carlos was so knowledgeable and personable. The cenotes are GORGEOUS! The lunch was also delicious! Would definitely recommend!
Perfect tour in all points We book a tour for today with cenotes of tulum. Very easy to communicate with them. And they are very flexible. We wanted go to the tour at 8 on the morning and they tell us ok! The cenotes we have seen are spectacular. The experience was fabulous. Private tour with my boyfriend on the 4×4 of our guide, Carlos, a super nice guide. Very cool with us and not stressful. We enjoyed at the fullest. Can take pictures, swim a long time, and have a small walk on the jungle !
Awesome 12-26-21 ….Just did a Tour with Carlos. He was awesome !! Our daughter got dizzy from not eating. Carlos was so accommodating. Let us go at our pace. Cenotes were beautiful. Carlos then took us for the best tacos I’ve ever had !! Awesome experience. 5 star. I would highly recommend .
Thrilled with our tour! Everything was planned perfectly! The tour covered everything we wanted to do and our driver Hector was amazing. He is extremely polite, good driving and he took great pictures of us. Communication with the tour company was excellent and they were very responsive. The whole day was catered to our needs. Thrilled!
Best part of my trip! aEther Tulum reached out to me directly and offered their services. I was a little apprehensive but after some research it was legit. I checked with my hotel concierge and they didn’t offer this excursions. The drive and cost was 100% worth it. The private transportation was on time, professional, and timely. I had my own private tour guide. Worth every penny! Photos were epic!

Extraordinary I loved the tour, it was an experience that I would call out of what could be done in an everyday day hahaha, the truth is that there are still many places to visit, thank you very much to the guide who was also one of the main reasons for what good experience! Amazing We came to Tulum for my 30th birthday. I wanted to go to Chichen itza and a few cenotes so when I came across this I booked immediately. The haste of scheduling and driving everywhere was taken away. We were picked up by Hector at 8 am and had everything already taken care of lunch, tour guides and all. It was an incredible experience my husband and I will talk about for the rest of our lives.

I found these beautiful pictures on Instagram and reached out. Alfonzo (the owner) immediately wrote me back on Instagram. I mean within seconds!! I feel like customer service has been in the dumps everywhere recently. Alfonzo was on top of it. I knew this was the company I wanted to trust for our trip. My husband and I wanted to do something memorable (we were celebrating my 40th bday and wanted to do something on the actual day that we never would forget) and boy did we get memorable. Tulum is great but this turned the trip to amazing.
Our tour guide for the day was Juan. Oh Juan! One of the most incredible people I have ever met. His joy and love of life and his job just poured out of him. He had such incredible knowledge. He was not our tour guide at the end of the trip. He was our friend!! I could continue writing endlessly about Juan but I will get to the cenotes now.
The places Juan brought us to were breathtaking. It’s almost hard to explain the feeling I had while we were there. A combo of complete relaxation and exhilaration at the same time.
To say today was memorable is an understatement. Today was memorable, beautiful, fun, and so much more!

Cenotes Tour Carlos was so amazing! He took care of us and he showed us some amazing cenotes and was very knowledgeable about the information! Very patient with us 🙂 this was our first time doing it and it was nothing SHORT of amazing!!!!! Thank you all again so much for accommodating!!! Most definitely will be back and book with you all again!
great experience. cenotes are cool. the tour guide was very nice and the cenotes should be a wonder of the world! we got picked up and dropped off along with a half day of touring.
Cenotes Today was absolutely amazing! Julio is the best tour / scuba diver guide ever!! He truly made the trip to the cenotes and all that much better and so informative. He was so patient and took the best pictures for us! Lol I cannot wait to let my friends know when they come here to reach out to you guys. 🤍💫
Cenotes in Tulum with Charlie! I had an awesome time overall. Me and my family went and we all agreed it was the highlight of our days. The guide, Charlie, was very kind and very smart. We went to three cenotes in all. In the first one, we learned how to use a snorkel-mask and looked in the water, I don’t want to spoil it for anyone who goes there, but it was amazing. In the second cenote and it was incredible, we went underground and got to see bats, stalactites, etc, it was dark so we all carried flash lights, and overall it was wonderful. We got to the third cenote and it was it was very fun to swim in, looked beautiful, and there we lots of places to dive/jump into the water from. Overall, it was amazingIf you’re considering doing this, I highly recommend you do. (Ask for Charlie!) 🙂

Amazing Service We had a great experience from end-to-end. The booking was easy and the service rep was super responsive and kept up w all the individual bookings from our group!
